This friendly drinkers' pub has a classic interior little-altered from the 1950s, and is recognised to be of special national historic interest. It comprises a public bar, lounge and small adjacent room. The public bar features a 100-year-old gantry, ancient bar counter, two historic whisky mirrors, wooden bench seating and a dartboard, hosting a darts team during the week.

Cask ale usually from MòR Beers is served from either of two handpulls, while own label 25-year-old cask strength blended whisky is stocked on the gantry. The Stormont Arms is cash only.
